Beyond the Game. Building Futures.

What our
staff brings

Baller Agency is a multi-sport athlete development, recruitment, and representation organization dedicated to helping talented athletes unlock opportunities and achieve their full potential.

We are built differently from traditional agencies because we do not just represent athletes – we stay with them. From the ground up, from youth to high school, college to the pros, we are committed to giving our athletes the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Our ecosystem supports the whole person, with a focus on mental wellness, physical longevity, and financial education. But we go even further. We help athletes prepare for life after basketball, whether that is coaching, joining the business side of the sport, launching new ventures, or transitioning into something completely new.

Our mission is to identify, develop, promote, and connect promising athletes across multiple sports with educational institutions, collegiate programs, professional organizations, and other opportunities worldwide.

Through strategic partnerships, athlete exposure, recruitment guidance, mentorship, and career development, Baller Agency helps athletes navigate their journey from grassroots sports to collegiate and professional success.

OUR PROMISE

We develop, protect, educate, and grow with our athletes. We build relationships with athletes and their families that are designed to extend far beyond the basketball court.
